2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on e888e, the user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. By registering an account, the user confirms that they meet this age requirement. e888e reserves the right to verify age at any time and may request a government-issued ID if necessary. If the age requirement is not met, the account will be closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. If the same person attempts to open multiple accounts or operates an account in someone else's name, all associated accounts will be cancelled and the balances and bonuses held in them may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
Users must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is opened using false or incomplete information, e888e has the right to cancel it and withhold the associated funds. If any information needs to be updated, please notify customer support immediately.

2.4 Account Security
Users must keep their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. 3. Financial Transactions and Payments
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on e888e is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

- Upay
- Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical or banking reasons, please contact e888e customer support.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the user's own name.
e888e reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cancel withdrawal requests for fraud prevention or verification purposes. Identity verification may be required for withdrawals.
3.3 Currency and Taxes
All transactions on e888e are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any government tax or charge applies to a transaction, that responsibility lies with the relevant user. e888e does not impose any additional charges for processing transactions, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳34,000 or more → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳54,000
Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once. Please read all terms carefully before activating the bonus.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times), applicable only on the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳12,000 in bets before withdrawing. Only after this betting is completed will funds earned from the bonus be eligible for withdrawal.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If e888e detects any abuse of the bonus programme (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or using bonuses in violation of terms), e888e reserves the right to forfeit the relevant bonus and any potential winnings and to close the account.
4.4 VIP Programme
e888e's VIP programme has three tiers:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's activity and participation on the platform. Each VIP bonus is subject to its own terms and conditions.
5. User Code of Conduct
5.1 Permitted Use
Users may only use the e888e platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Any attempt to compromise the platform's security or technical systems.
- Using automated software (bots, scripts) to operate games.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Fraudulent collusion with other users or match-fixing.
- Exploiting any error or bug in e888e's system to gain an unfair advantage.
5.2 Account Suspension and Cancellation
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, or if there is sufficient cause, e888e may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account. In such cases, any bonus balance in the account will be forfeited, and the decision regarding the return of the net deposited balance will be made following an investigation.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Finality of Bets
Once a bet or game outcome is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except in cases of an accepted system error. The results of all games on e888e are determined through an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures fair and impartial play.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a bet or game is left incomplete due to server downtime, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, the decision will be made based on e888e's records. Any bet or prize that was not actually earned due to a technical error will not be considered valid.
6.3 Special Sports Betting Rules
For sports betting, e888e sets separate rules for each sporting event. If the official result in a sports market is changed, the bet result may also change accordingly. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, that bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.

11.2 Permission for Personal Use
The user is granted limited permission to use the e888e platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This permission is non-transferable and may be revoked immediately if the terms and conditions are violated.
12. Changes & Termination of Terms

12.2 Termination of Service
e888e reserves the right to suspend or modify any service on the platform at any time, for any reason or no reason. In such circumstances, arrangements will be made to return the user's actual balance (excluding bonuses) as promptly as possible.
12.3 Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision by e888e.
